The Heat managed to survive a brilliant effort from Dirk Nowitzki in the fourth-quarter to beat the Mavericks with a score of 88-86 on Sunday in the Game 3 in Dallas. With this result Heat take a lead of 2-1 in the finals of NBA.

Dwyane Wade was fabulous scoring a team high 29 points. He also had 11 rebounds to his name. But Miami required some brilliant effort from Udonis Haslem and Chris Bosh to offset the spectacular display by Nowitzki who scored 34 points as well as 11 rebounds.
